The system Fyltra provides its online functionality to various types of qualified users: individuals, businesses, partners, experts, and affiliated parties as outlined in User Guidelines. Fyltra does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register.
